Maura Flanagan

Maura Flanagan currently serves as the Director of Rowing and Social Media Manager at The Winsor School since August 2022 and has also been the Brand Manager/Social Media Manager for The Rink Shrinks since July 2021. Previous roles include Trader at Parsons Capital Management (September 2021 - August 2022) and Junior Head Coach & Youth Program Coordinator at The Narragansett Boat Club (January 2019 - January 2021), where responsibilities included managing operations and coaching youth and masters rowing programs. Flanagan's coaching experience extends to various institutions, including The University of Alabama and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, focusing on developing athletes and managing team logistics. Flanagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Alabama and an Associate’s Degree in History from Fairfield University.
