Scott Ellis

Mr. Ellis has over 15 years of technology experience in the science, aerospace, finance, and healthcare industries. His experience began with developing software and web sites in the biotech and aerospace and later moved into the finance and healthcare industries. At WIN/Staff, he has helped architect and develop the PRO-File On-line Credentialing System and was the lead for the Practitioner Hospital Data Bank (PHDB). Mr. Ellis received his degree from the University of California, San Diego.
