Paige Ingram Castañeda

Paige Ingram Castañeda serves as a Corporate Partner and Business Attorney at Winstead PC since August 2003, with extensive experience in regulated industry mergers and acquisitions, physician group acquisitions, and financing for both angel and venture capital, as well as new business formation and strategic development. Additional expertise includes complex corporate reorganizations, shareholder derivative litigation, and real estate partnership financing. Prior to this role, Paige worked as a Financial Analyst at Associated Materials, Inc. from 1998 to 2001. Paige holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business, with a minor in Spanish, from Baylor University. Further education includes attendance at Tecnológico de Monterrey and graduation from Westlake High School.
