Tobin Swope

Tobin Swope is a seasoned real estate attorney and shareholder at Winstead PC, a position held since February 2010, after serving as a summer associate with the firm in 2008. Swope gained valuable experience as a summer clerk for Judge Jane Boyle at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in 2007 and as a summer associate at Fulbright & Jaworski in 2007. Previous legal experience includes working as a paralegal clerk at Baker Botts LLP from 2005 to 2006. Swope also has a background as a player for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, completed in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Stanford University, earned in 2003.
