Caitlyn Bransfield Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management and workplace engagement. Currently serving as the Workplace Experience Manager at Winston Flowers since August 2010, Caitlyn has focused on enhancing the employee experience after four years with the Winston Weddings & Events team. Prior to this role, Caitlyn held positions as Weddings & Events Manager at Longwood Events and Business Development Manager at Taylor. Caitlyn began the career as an Assistant Account Executive. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Hofstra University and prior studies at Endicott College.
