E. Merritt Vale has over 25 years of experience in the management of complex projects, Information Technology, andAsset & Contract Administration. At R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, they managed a $30 million budget for information technology contracts and procurement, as well as developing business presentations for Information Resources, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, and RJR Nabisco executives.

E. Merritt Vale also has experience in organizational effectiveness and enterprise structures, having provided information resource planning consulting services to Kentucky Fried Chicken International (KFCI) and select RJR Nabisco corporate staff groups. In addition, they have developed tactical and strategic information technology plans, operating procedures, and training plans.

E. Merritt Vale's experience also extends to publications and radio communications. They have managed a publications group responsible for producing executive presentations, technical and user documentation, brochures, and newsletters. Additionally, they have managed a radio and paging communications group responsible for systems design, installation, and maintenance of 800 and 450 MHz radio and paging systems, frequency usage control, and FCC license management.

E. Merritt Vale's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from Scripps College.
