Jeff Whitsett

Jeff Whitsett is an experienced music industry professional currently serving as the Orchestra Personnel Manager and Music Librarian for the Winston-Salem Symphony since September 2014. As the Owner and Manager of Marketing and Sales at Conductor's Choice Ensemble Sales since July 2013, Jeff emphasizes personalized consultation and resource management for clients. Prior experience includes founding Leaders in Nonprofit Arts Management in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem, NC area, and holding various leadership roles for JW Pepper & Son, Inc. from 1990 to 2012, where Jeff achieved significant sales growth despite staff reductions. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Euphonium Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music and a NC Teaching Certificate in Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, complemented by various educational pursuits in sound engineering and other disciplines.
