Carol Patrick

Carol Patrick is an experienced professional with a strong background in data analysis and transportation planning. Currently serving as an Operations Data Analyst at Winston-Salem Transit Authority since September 2019, Carol manages and analyzes multiple transit databases and presents weekly and monthly reports to staff and the transportation board. Previously, Carol worked as a Transportation Project Planner for the City of Winston Salem for a brief period in 2019 and held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Transdev Services within the Greensboro Transit Authority from June 2010 to December 2018, ensuring contract compliance across departments. Carol's earlier experience includes serving as a Water Quality Manager for the Piedmont Triad Council of Governments, where a water quality program was created to address regional water issues. Carol holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from North Central College.
