Bradley Vaiana

Brad Vaiana currently serves as the Global Co-Chair of the Transactions Department at Winston & Strawn LLP, a position held since October 2009. Vaiana's expertise lies in complex business transactions, including leveraged buyouts, take-private transactions, and various equity investments. Prior to this role, Vaiana was a Partner at Nixon Peabody LLP and held positions as a Senior Associate at King & Spalding and as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and O'Sullivan Graev & Karabell. Vaiana earned a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree from Binghamton University.
