Guy Collier

Guy Collier has extensive experience in health law and life sciences, currently serving as Retired Senior Counsel at Winston & Strawn LLP since November 2020, where representation includes public companies and academic medical centers on regulatory and transactional matters. Prior roles include Senior Counsel and Partner at McDermott Will & Emery, Partner at ShawPittman, and several other significant legal positions. Notably, Collier served as Attorney-Advisor at the Office of General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, providing legal counsel for major health organizations. Guy Collier holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Virginia.
