John Rosenthal

John Rosenthal is a Partner and Chair of the eDiscovery and Electronic Information Practice Group at Winston & Strawn LLP, a role held since October 2008. In this capacity, John leads a team that centralizes eDiscovery expertise to assist clients and litigation teams in navigating complex legal challenges. This practice employs an integrated approach designed to minimize both the risks and costs associated with eDiscovery, utilizing experienced personnel along with advanced processes and tools. Prior to this, John was a Partner at Howrey LLP from 1988 until October 2008. John holds a JD from the University of Virginia, earned between 1985 and 1988, and a degree from The Johns Hopkins University obtained between 1981 and 1985.
