Kelly Hunsaker

Kelly Hunsaker serves as the Managing Partner of the Silicon Valley office at Winston & Strawn LLP since July 2021 and holds the title of Partner. Prior to this role, Kelly was a Principal at Fish & Richardson P.C. from December 1998 to August 2016 and began the legal career as an Associate at Ropers Majeski PC from December 1993 to November 1998. Kelly also gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern to Hon. Carl West Anderson at the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District in late 1992. Educationally, Kelly earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Texas at Austin.
