Michael Blankenship

Michael J. Blankenship is an experienced corporate attorney and partner at Winston & Strawn LLP since January 2020, specializing in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets transactions, and public company governance, with a focus on ESG issues. Previously, Blankenship served as a partner at Locke Lord LLP and held positions as a senior associate at Vinson & Elkins and associate at Paul Hastings and Shearman & Sterling, where involvement included various capital markets and corporate transactions.
