Timothy Kincaid

Timothy Kincaid is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the Transactions Department and Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP since May 2007, Timothy has held multiple roles at the firm including Associate. Prior to this, Timothy worked as an Associate at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. from September 2005 to April 2007. Timothy holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, obtained in 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2002.
