Anya Hardy

Anya has been with Fletcher Building since 2008, working within the Winstone Aggregates business unit since 2015. She is responsible for the effective implementation of strategies that create a safe culture on our sites and our Health & Safety system including building in easy to follow processes. Getting everyone home safely is her number one priority, the challenge of ensuring Winstone Aggregates diverse sites are safe for visitors, contractors and employees is what Anya is passionate about.
