Tim has over 20 years experience in a variety of international roles within the extractives industry. With Winstone Aggregates since 2007, he manages quarry and cleanfill operations in Auckland and Waikato. He thrives on helping people realise their potential with coaching and empowerment, encouraging the development of skills and experience to create diverse teams that deliver success for all our stakeholders.
