Aishna Jain

Aishna Jain currently serves as a People Advisor at Tesco Sourcing since March 2024 and has been an HR Business Partner in the Founder's Office at Wint Wealth since December 2021, overseeing the Human Resources function for a team of over 100 members. Previous experience includes roles as an HR Manager & I/O Psychologist at Basilmind, where Aishna managed end-to-end recruitment and various HR functions, and as an Organizational Psychologist at Emo Matrix Company™, providing employee counseling and training interns on I/O psychology topics. Early career internships at Schaeffler and Saksham Resources Management involved learning HR policies and assisting in restructuring HR activities. Aishna holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
