Clarence K. Lau

Clarence K. Lau is a partner in the firm and focuses his practice on the representation of condominium, townhome and homeowner associations throughout Georgia. He also has significant experience in assisting clients work through complex corporate and business disputes. He is also well versed in handling both commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Clarence has been named a Georgia’s Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2018 and 2019. He is actively involved in the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Clarence was born in Hong Kong and raised in Houston, TX. He graduated with a B.A. degree in History from Washington University in Saint Louis in 2002 and with a J.D. from Washington University in Saint Louis School of Law in 2005.
