Kyle P. Shaughnessy

Kyle Shaughnessy is an associate in the firm’s transactional practice group. Kyle’s practice focuses on legal issues involving community associations, as well as general corporate and business matters, and commercial and residential real estate. He thinks strategically, looking at clients’ big picture issues to achieve positive results with long-term benefits. Kyle is a member of the Education Seminar Committee within the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Kyle grew up in Dalton, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2010 with a B.A. in English and received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015, where he served on the Georgia Law Review and was a member of the Business Negotiations Team. Kyle is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts.
