Richard J. Capriola

Richard Capriola is a partner in the firm’s construction, real estate litigation and business litigation practice groups. For more than 25 years Rich has practiced before state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels and has handled cases in more than 20 states. He regularly handles disputes in arbitration and mediation.

Rich has been named a Super Lawyer in Atlanta Magazine annually since 2012 and since 2017 has been honored as a Top 100 Georgia Super Lawyer. Rich has an AV® Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble, its highest professional rating. He regularly speaks to trade and industry groups on topics of construction law, business litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
