Dorinda Crump

Dorinda Crump has an extensive work experience spanning over 14 years. Dorinda began their career in 2003 as an Executive in the Training and Certification Unit at the Missouri Division of Fire Safety, where they coordinated and presented courses and administered exams to emergency response personnel.

In 2006, they joined Winter-Dent & Company as an Account Manager, providing service and support to retirement plans and individual financial accounts. Dorinda also assisted in the identification and development of new accounts. After four years in this role, they transitioned to Central Bank as a Licensed Customer Service Representative, providing service and support to group health plans and individual insurance accounts.

In 2011, Crump returned to the Missouri Securities Division - Missouri Secretary of State, initially as an Investigator I, responsible for managing securities investigations and preparing cases for administrative or civil proceedings. Dorinda later advanced to Investigator II, handling more complex cases and reviewing Suspicious Activity Reports with various federal agencies.

Crump joined Landmark Bank in 2013 as a BSA Fraud Specialist, reviewing and preparing reports for filing, managing the Customer Identification Program, and making recommendations to the SAR committee. Dorinda then returned again to the Missouri Securities Division as an Investigator IV, managing a caseload of higher complexity securities investigations and participating in various task force committees.

Their most recent position, starting in 2017, is with Winter-Dent & Company as an Account Manager Financial Services. In this role, they serve as a Registered Representative with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC, separately owned from other entities.

Throughout their career, Crump has demonstrated expertise in investigations, compliance, customer service, and financial services.

Dorinda Crump obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from William Woods University, attending from 2001 to 2006. Dorinda also holds a license as a Life and Health agent in Missouri, but this qualification is currently lapsed.
