Rob DeAnna has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob initially worked as a Multiple Location Restaurant Owner at DeAnna Enterprises Inc. from June 1996 to December 2004. Following this, Rob joined Farmers Insurance in January 2004 as a Reserve District Manager before being promoted to District Manager in February 2006. In this role, they successfully developed over 100 agents into successful business owners in the Kansas City Market, increasing the territory's agent count from 14 to 57, and the Premium from 25 Million to 65 Million. Rob's achievements were attributed to their expertise in basic foundational knowledge of the Insurance Industry, system implementation, training in small business ownership philosophy, cutting-edge innovation, and training in operational management. Finally, since April 2020, Rob has been working at Winter-Dent & Company as the Director of Select Growth Strategies. In this position, they oversee the Personal Lines, Farm, and Small Business Units, managing the alignment of carrier relationships with company objectives and acting as a liaison between the company and key insurance partners.
Rob DeAnna attended the University of Dayton but did not complete a degree. Prior to that, they attended Archbishop Alter High School. Additionally, they hold certifications in P/C, L/H & Accident, Series 6, 63 & 26 from Missouri & Kansas.
