Winter Innovations
Lia Winter is the CEO and Co-Founder of Winter Innovations, a medical device startup specializing in orthopedic tools, with their flagship product being EasyWhip™. Lia also serves as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Haslam College of Business, a Mentor at Harvard Innovation Labs, and has previous experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the same college. Lia has interned at Dish Network and conducted research in biomedical engineering at various institutions like the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine and Arthrex. Lia holds an MBA and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
