Erik Boye

Erik Boye is a dedicated real estate professional and experienced ski racing coach with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Broker at Compass since October 2024, Erik previously held the title of Vice President at 8z Real Estate from 2010 to October 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing company policies and assisting in contract management for over 160 agents across 15 offices. With more than 20 years of experience selling real estate in the Boulder County and North Denver area, Erik has also held positions as a Broker at RE/MAX Alliance (2000-2009) and as a Broker Sales Associate at Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Professional (1995-2000). Additionally, Erik has contributed to the skiing community as a Ski Racing Coach at Winter Park Resort since 1991, including coaching at Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club and Eldora Mountain Ski Club. Erik holds a degree in Business, Finance & Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
