John Homans

John Homans serves as the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations for Smartwool, a VF Company, since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading wholesale revenue planning and modernizing reporting platforms to enhance sales analysis and revenue generation. Prior experience includes roles as Portfolio Lead and Director of National Accounts at TEKsystems, managing substantial revenue portfolios and directing large sales teams. Additionally, John Homans is a Freestyle/Mogul-Ski Coach and Adventure Guide at Winter Park Resort, focusing on athlete development and life lessons through sports. A graduate of Denison University with a BA in Political Science and Industrial Design, John also completed a graduate program at NOLS in Outdoor Education and Leadership.
