In addition, Julia has served as a Recruitment Specialist and Administrative Manager at Winter Park Resort since August 2006, where Julia significantly expanded the Ski + Ride School staff and developed comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. Previous experience includes roles as a Childcare Supervisor and Teacher, where Julia demonstrated leadership in educational settings, managing workforce training, budgeting, and lesson planning.
