Kayla Pennebecker

Kayla Pennebecker is an experienced Human Resources Coordinator currently working at Winter Park Resort since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kayla served as a Policy Associate and Staff Assistant for the Committee on Education and Labor in the U.S. House of Representatives from March 2021 to January 2023. Additional experience includes positions as a Field Organizer for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, an intern within the U.S. House of Representatives, and various organizing roles with Organizing Corps 2020 and Wisconsin MEDLIFE. Kayla has also held event management and research assistant positions, and completed education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2016 to 2020.
