Tye Hughes has a diverse background in sports administration and event management, having worked in various roles since 2014. Currently, Tye serves on the parks and events crew for the Town of Winter Park and is a ski instructor at Winter Park Resort. Previous experience includes document processing at the NAIA Eligibility Center and a marketing internship with the University of Kansas Athletics, where Tye supported promotional efforts for sporting events. Tye also volunteered at the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl and managed sports statistics and media for Baker University. Tye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration from Baker University, obtained in 2017.
