Kaitlan Billings is an experienced professional in operational resilience and risk management, currently serving as Operational Resilience Manager at Winterflood Securities since January 2023. Prior to this, Kaitlan held the position of Manager of Operational Resilience at UK Finance, where responsibilities included monitoring developments in the operational resilience sector, engaging with members, and managing the Business and Operational Continuity Committee.
