Jonas Elschner Kristensen

Jonas Elschner Kristensen has held various roles in the finance and business industries since 2011. Jonas Elschner first worked as a Co-Founder at Leadmill from 2011 to 2015. Later, they were a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan and 451 Research in 2015 and 2013, respectively. In 2015, they joined Terra Firma Capital Partners as a Private Equity Analyst. In 2017, they became a Board Observer at McDonald's / Food Folk Group. In 2018, they were a Vice President at Permira and a Board Observer at Tilney Smith & Williamson. Currently, they are a VC and M&A director at Wintermute since 2022.

Jonas Elschner Kristensen received a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in International Business from Copenhagen Business School between 2011 and 2014. In 2013, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for a course in Finance. In 2014, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance & Accounting from Imperial College London.
