Roland S. has been working in the legal and compliance fields since 2012. Roland began their career as a Paralegal at Dass Solicitors and then moved on to work as a Paralegal, Financial Services (Compliance) at Norton Rose Fulbright and a Litigation Paralegal at Stewarts Law LLP in 2015. In 2016, they were a Consultant - FCC Advisory at Exiger and then an Independent Consultant at RM Swan Ltd. in 2018. In 2019, they became an AML Investigations Services (Independent Contractor) at Bitfinex, and currently holds the role of Compliance at Wintermute since 2022.

Roland S. began their educational journey in 2006 when they attended the University of Bristol, where they earned a BA in Modern Languages - Italian in 2010. Roland then attended the College of Law, UK in 2010-2011, where they earned a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL). From 2008-2009, they attended Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. Roland later attended the College of Law - Bloomsbury, London from 2012-2014, where they earned a Legal Practice Course (LPC) in Law - Private client and commercial route. In 2020, Roland S. obtained a Chainalysis KYT Certification from Chainalysis Inc. and a Chainalysis Reactor Certification from Chainalysis Inc.
