Valentine Samko

Valentine Samko has worked in various roles for several companies since 2000. From 2000-2004, Samko was a tutor and Associate at Cardiff University, and a Research Associate at the Center of Mobile Communications at Cardiff University. From 2002-2004, Samko was also a Freelance Software Developer. From 2004-2006, Samko was a Manager and Team Leader at Barclays Capital. From 2006-2010, Samko was a Desk Strategist, Vice President, Vice President, Credit Derivatives Desk Strategist, and Quant Developer at Morgan Stanley. From 2010-2015, Samko was a Vice President at Barclays Capital. From 2015-2019, Samko was a trading platform developer at Standard Chartered Bank. Finally, since 2019, Samko has been a CTO and Director at Wintermute.

Valentine Samko studied at Cardiff University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a PhD in Computer Science and Mathematics. They also completed a school in Computer Science from 2000 to 2003.
