Guillermo Almaguer

Guillermo Almaguer is a Senior Geologist at THREE60 ENERGY, starting in August 2024, with a robust background in geology and exploration management. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Geologist at Wintershall Dea from December 2016 to August 2024, and as Geoscience Director at Tierra Energy Group from April 2015 to July 2016, where responsibilities included identifying investment opportunities in Mexico. For over 16 years, Guillermo worked at Schlumberger in various managerial roles, including Exploration Manager for Mexico and Central America, where efforts focused on enhancing relationships with PEMEX and promoting technology usage. Guillermo holds a Diploma in Geothermal Energy from The University of Auckland and a Geologist Engineer degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
