Torunn Stokke Griffin

Torunn Stokke Griffin is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant Office Manager at Winthrop Technologies since March 2025. Previously, Torunn held the position of Head Of Administration at The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Dublin from May 2015 to March 2025, where significant improvements were made in HR, project, and administrative operations while collaborating with senior leadership on the Embassy’s Strategic Plan. Torunn also has experience as an Enterprise Account Manager for PayPal in the Nordics, where revitalization of team performance and enhancement of client relationships were key achievements. In addition, Torunn served as Senior Country Manager at GfK NOP, overseeing operations and client relations in Ireland, and worked as Student Services Manager at PCI College.
