Shira Bistricer

Shira Bistricer is an experienced archivist currently employed at The Winthrop Group, Inc. since August 2014. Prior to this role, Shira served as a Project Processing Archivist at The Jewish Theological Seminary from March 2013 to August 2014 and as a Collection Development Specialist at ACLS-Humanities E-Book from June 2009 to August 2014. Additional experience includes positions as a Processing Intern at Columbia University’s Rare Book and Manuscripts Library and Special Collections Fellow at Queens College Library in 2012, as well as various roles in research and coordination within the publishing sector. Shira holds a Master of Library Science degree with a Certificate in Archives and Preservation of Cultural Materials from Queens College, a Master's degree in History from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jewish Studies and Philosophy from Queens College.
