Ashlye Wilkerson

Ashlye V. Wilkerson, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and training. Currently serving as a Dynamic Speaker, Trainer, and Consultant with Phenomenal Women Leading, LLC, since March 2020, Ashlye has also held the position of Board Trustee at Winthrop University since May 2012. As an author and Chief Consultant at Learning Adventures, Inc. since March 2007, Ashlye has contributed significantly to educational practices. Additionally, Ashlye was an Entrepreneur and Franchise Owner of Wine & Design Columbia from November 2014 to December 2021 and has held adjunct teaching roles at the University of South Carolina, Columbia College (SC), and Midlands Technical College. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Teaching and Learning from the University of South Carolina, a Master’s in Elementary Education and Teaching from Hampton University, and a Bachelor's in Educational Psychology from Winthrop University.
