Justin Oates

Justin Oates is the current CFO and Vice President for Finance and Business Affairs at Winthrop University. Prior to their current position, Justin held the role of Assistant Vice President for Financial Planning, Budgeting and Analysis at Stevens Institute of Technology from June 2014 to February 2018. Before Stevens Institute of Technology, Justin was a Higher Education Consultant at Huron Consulting Group from September 2011 to May 2014.

Justin began their finance career at Duke University School of Medicine Finance as a Financial Management Analyst from November 2008 to September 2011. Justin then became the Financial Manager at Duke University Medical Center - Dept of Radiology from October 2007 to November 2008.
