Winton Woods City Schools

Winton Woods City Schools is a school district with a commitment to teaching that engages, culture that empowers, technology that enables and outcomes that matter. With the infusion of New Tech Network and project-based learning throughout the district, all students will learn in an environment that emphasizes collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and technology, while working to solve real world problems. The district also puts great value on a fine arts education and was again honored with the 2017 NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) Foundation Best Communities for Music Education recognition. We are an open enrollment district with a student body rich in cultural diversity and 25 languages spoken throughout the district. Winton Woods City Schools is located 15 miles north of metropolitan Cincinnati and serves approximately 3,500 students from the three neighboring communities of Forest Park, Greenhills and northern Springfield Township. The district's location in the north end of the I-275 loop provides easy access to the Greater Cincinnati metropolitan area with its museums, theaters, colleges and universities, opera, ballet, symphony, Pops orchestra, professional sports teams, and the third largest zoo in the country. The rolling hills and forests of Winton Woods Park, one of Hamilton County's largest parks, provide the backdrop for the district. The park provides families with camping, hiking, picnic areas and playground facilities. Boating and fishing are available on the lake, as well as two public golf courses. At Winton Woods City Schools, our goal is ensuring all students achieve their highest potential. We are a district committed to every student, in every school, in every seat, every day.
