Andrew Baker

Andrew Baker, CMB®, is a financial professional with over twenty years of experience in the residential lending and banking industry. They have held various leadership roles, including SVP, Director of Home Equity Lending at Wintrust Financial Corporation since 2019, and have previously served as VP Director of Mortgage Lending at Macatawa Bank. Andrew’s passion for lending drives their commitment to coach and motivate others. They also served as the 2015 President of the MMLA State Board of Directors and have effectively implemented programs to expand customer bases throughout their career. Andrew earned a BA in Economics from Grand Valley State University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
