Brian Arnold

Brian Arnold has held various roles throughout their work experience. Currently, they are serving as the VP - Principal Data Solutions Engineer at Wintrust Financial Corporation since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President at Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC from May 2022 to May 2023. From April 2016 to May 2022, Brian held the position of Assistant Vice President at Caliber Home Loans, where they managed multiple teams and was responsible for various tasks such as collateral exceptions, lien releases, vendor management, and budget planning. Before that, they worked at Gateway Mortgage Group as an Application Engineer / Sr Analyst from August 2014 to April 2016, where they were involved in automation development and troubleshooting mortgage servicing applications. Brian's career began at MidFirst Bank, where they held several roles such as Platform Automation Administrator, Application Specialist, and Sr. Banking Associate from 2003 to 2007. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieved exceptional results in meeting goals, and successfully implemented various projects.

Brian Arnold earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Oklahoma from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Oklahoma City Community College from 2002 to 2003. Between 2000 and 2002, Brian attended Oklahoma State University-Okmulgee, focusing on Engineering and Computer Science. Brian also acquired skills in Cisco Networking, Computer Repair, and Graphic Design at Metro Technology Centers from 1999 to 2000. Brian's education journey began with a high school diploma from Southeast High School, which they received in 2000.
