Frederick Engler

Frederick Engler is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in credit risk management and portfolio oversight. Currently serving as Vice President of Counterparty Credit Risk Management at Wintrust Financial Corporation since January 2018, Frederick previously held the position of Managing Director and Senior Credit Officer for Global Capital Markets at MUFG Union Bank, N.A. from November 2010 to July 2017. Prior to that, Frederick worked at RBS Securities, Inc. as Manager of the Global Documentation Unit in North America, and held key roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. including Credit Manager and Senior Portfolio Manager at the Chicago branch. Beginning in the finance sector as a Relationship Manager for the Utilities Group at CIBC, Frederick possesses a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Economics, as well as an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University.
