Mark Siebold

Mark Siebold is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial services and marketing. Currently serving as the SVP and Head of Workplace Solutions at Wintrust Financial Corporation, Mark previously held the role of SVP and Marketing Director at First National Bank and Trust, where marketing capabilities were significantly expanded. As VP and HSA & TPA Consultant at Associated Bank, Mark implemented innovative health benefits programs to enhance employee participation. Mark founded and served as Chief Marketing Officer at VIZIBLE ADVISORS, focusing on HSA program development. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at HSA Bank, where Mark contributed to significant growth in assets under management, and Director of Product Management at Thomson Reuters, leading the development of key products.
