Patricia McDonald

Patricia McDonald has extensive experience in program and project management, with a focus on the financial services sector. Since August 2014, Patricia has served as an Application Specialist and Project Manager at Wintrust Financial Corporation, where responsibilities include managing conversions and acquisitions and leading application support for 15 charter banks. Prior to this role, Patricia worked as a consultant for large non-profits and financial institutions, providing oversight in strategic planning and project execution from 2008 to 2014. Notable previous positions also include First Vice President at LaSalle Bank, where Patricia contributed to the distribution of over $15 million in grants, and various leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase and Fulcrum Investment Group. Educationally, Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Wheaton College and has further studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
