Tom Broz

Tom Broz is an experienced IT professional currently serving as VP of IT Vendor Management at Wintrust Financial Corporation since November 2018, previously holding the role of Sr IT Contracts Analyst. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Procurement Director for OEM IT Hardware and HW/Cloud Services at Nokia, where leadership of an international team of Global Category Managers involved developing and negotiating commercial contracts to support business procurement of IT solutions. Earlier career roles include Procurement Director at ALCATEL-LUCENT USA INC., Product Realization Manager, and Project Manager at Lucent Technologies, and systems engineering roles at GTE. Tom holds a Master’s degree from Northwestern University and multiple degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, including a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
