Alex Jacobs

Alex Jacobs has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Alex currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Wintrust Mortgage since February 2021, after serving as the President from February 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, they were the EVP, National Retail Production Manager at Wintrust Mortgage from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Wintrust, Alex worked as an Executive Consultant at Newbold Advisors, LLC from 2015 to 2017. Alex also had a long tenure at SunTrust, holding various executive positions such as Executive Vice President, National Production Manager and Executive Vice President, Wholesale National Production Manager. Alex started their career at the Illinois Home Loan Mortgage Corporation as a Loan Officer in 1987.

Alex Jacobs received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Retail Management from Purdue University in 1985.
