Kat Potoczny started their work experience in 2000 as a Mortgage Loan Processor at American Home Mortgage. Kat held this role until 2007 when they joined Wintrust Mortgage as a VP Operations Manager.
Kat Potoczny earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Loyola University Chicago in 2000. Kat also has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they received the "Best in the Business - Processing Manager" certification from the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association. In 2018, they obtained the "Fundamentals of Wintrust Leadership" certification from the United Latino Students Association. Most recently, in 2023, they completed the "Winning at Wintrust" certification at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
