Maggie Townsend

Maggie Townsend is an experienced residential lender with a robust background in mortgage services spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Residential Lender at Wintrust Mortgage since July 2018, Maggie previously held positions as a Senior Loan Officer at MSI (Mortgage Services III, LLC) and as a Loan Officer at Harris Bank. Earlier in the career, Maggie managed sales and marketing for residential loans at MidAmerica Bank from 1987 to 2010, while also sourcing partnerships for residential mortgage leads at Countrywide Home Loans. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from DePaul University.
