Rina Courtier

Rina Courtier is a seasoned mortgage professional currently serving as a Senior CRA Loan Officer at Wintrust Mortgage since September 2025. With a career spanning over 15 years, Rina has previously held key positions at UW Credit Union, where responsibilities included Community Development Mortgage Loan Officer and Mortgage Loan Officer, and at Summit Credit Union as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Rina's experience also includes roles at Associated Bank Corp, where positions ranged from Bank Teller to Financial Service Specialist. Rina began a career in education as a High School Teacher at Ateneo de Naga University after earning a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the same institution.
