Saurabh Vyas

Saurabh Vyas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Saurabh is currently a Co-Founder at Winuall since November 2020. Prior to this, Saurabh worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Senior Manager People Analytics from July 2019 to November 2020. Saurabh was also a People Analytics Manager at BCG from January 2016 to June 2019, where they established and developed the people analytics practice.

Before joining BCG, Saurabh worked at Citi as a Manager Analytics from November 2014 to December 2015. Saurabh also served as a Compensation and Analytics Manager at Times Internet Limited from September 2012 to November 2014.

Saurabh's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Officer at REC Ltd. from July 2010 to September 2012, and as a Summer Intern at Eperium Business Solutions from April 2009 to June 2009. Saurabh began their career as an Associate System Engineer at IBM India Pvt. Ltd from December 2007 to June 2008.

Saurabh Vyas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College in Jodhpur between 2003 and 2007. In addition to these formal education qualifications, Saurabh Vyas has also obtained additional certifications. Saurabh completed the "Introduction to Data Science" course from Udemy in December 2015 and undertook the "Building a Recommendation System with Python Machine Learning & AI" course from LinkedIn; however, the specific dates of completion are unknown.
