Zach Potts

Zach Potts is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and site engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Site Agent at Winvic Construction Ltd since July 2020, Zach has previously held various site agent roles at J.C.Balls and Sons Ltd, CR Civil Engineering Ltd, and Costain. Zach also operates as a Freelance Site Agent and Director at ZP ENGINEERING LTD since October 2014. Early career experience includes site engineering positions at Laing O'Rourke and Byrne Bros (Formwork), where responsibilities included setting out work sections, managing drainage subprocesses, and coordinating concrete delivery. Zach holds a National Diploma in Construction from Chesterfield College and has foundational education from Tibshelf Comprehensive School.
